   I went to New Look today and had an altercation with an assistant manager. She yelled at me and spoke to me like I was nothing. I told her that wasn't a way to speak to a customer, and she didn't even apologize. I reported the incident to her manager, but they didn't pressure her to apologize, even though she was in the wrong.

   I have never experienced such a rude arrogant manager in my life. All I want is for her to find my receipt as they don’t give paper receipt, but it’s not possible so now they left me with an item that I can’t wear. They are backed up by the head office. Apparently. So not true as The head office have now helped me change my top. Thank you

   Lovely service from the girls in the changing room. Pity that can't be said for the lady who was asked to reduce an item that had marks on it. She was happy to reduce items for the Caucasian lady but not for me cos my skin was not light enough. She made some excuse that cos the item can be washed i don't get it reduced. Very disappointed and left without buying the item. I must say I never get this sort of treatment in my Swansea store.

   The etaff member who helped me find the boots I wanted was excellent. She had good customer service. She stopped packing shelves and helped me. She even showed me where the underwear was, I stood in a long queue ntompay but it went quickly.

   Some really nice clothes in this branch and I love new look but the store is a state. Only ever have 2 staff on tills with a queue about 25 customers long and they take forever folding your clothes when you’ve asked them to just shove them in the bag. The actual mess all over the store and dirt everywhere by the tills is what really puts me off though.
