Love New Look! Went in for a new pair of going out shoes and really struggled! Shame the smaller stores don't stock as much variety! Great sale though! Picked up some bargains!
Seems like one of the last high street shops to last. Managed to find what was looking for for my daughter, shame they've got rid of the mens selections, but never really thought they were that great for men's brands. Helpful staff
I popped into the chippenham store with my daughter to get a smart outfit for her first job and was helped by a lovely gentleman by the name of Liam. He was so helpful fetching stuff and giving advice, I felt like we were in a department store with our own personal shopper. He most certainly went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for him. He certainly made sure we left the store with everything we needed.
Always well presented with a wide range of stock you can't always find online, and most of the staff are friendly. However, there is only usually one member of staff at the till so queueing takes quite a long time... But it's worth it.
