Shocking service from an online purchase made over two weeks ago. No communication from the shop despite emailing. I called and had to let the phone ring and ring until I got an answer. The owner said he had been expecting the stock in a week ago but it didn’t arrive. Promised me it was coming in the beginning of this week and it would be shipped immediately and I would get a notification. No communication or any notification. This is appalling service and for a tiny shop that’s not exactly busy and has a small stock offering. I have no idea what the staff and owner do all day if they can’t reply to a customer who’s spent money with them and is having to chase their order. Very disappointed indeed.
I bought the most beautiful green jumper in February ('23) - a birthday treat. It had been difficult to make a choice because the colour selection was so lovely. The shop assistant was also very helpful - my husband was waiting just outside, and the assistant let me go out of the shop to show him, wearing the jumper. Unfortunately, that's where the "Cool, effortless" stops. The jumper is made of rayon (a cross between a natural and manmade fibres). I should have read it up first: Rayon creases easily and you need to remove stains really carefully. And, within two months of wearing it (on special occasions), the jumper has gone bobbly. I daren't use my cashmere comb in case it takes the fabric apart. £59.95 seemed a reasonable price for what I saw on the hanger. Now I know rayon is the absolute opposite of "easycare", I'm not so sure......
Terrific stores in Tetbury with amazing service. My daughter and I were there on Christmas Eve and purchased some boots. Also in the Accessory store down the road we purchased some jewellery. We shall return soon.
Fantastic clothes, shoes and accessories. I bought some lovely jewelry and beautiful warm gloves. This is the perfect store for very unique and fashionable pieces, at reasonable prices. Very friendly customer service too. They actually have a bigger second store at the corner of the street, with even more selection. Very pleased with my purchase and I intend to return. Highly recommended.
I visited the shop in June of this year and thought it lovely and a bit ‘edgy’, and the service was excellent. I purchased some amazing boots which are sooo comfy! However, I recently placed an online order which has not been fulfilled, despite payment taken from my account the next day - this almost two weeks ago. I have telephoned and emailed twice but cannot get an answer or explanation. So now I am not so sure… was going to pay a visit soon with a friend who would LOVE their offerings but shall not recommend it to her now.
Lovely shop. Great range of clothes that you won't find on the high street and fair prices too.
