   I’m really surprised at the negative reviews about staff. I visited with my girlfriends on Saturday and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. If you want individual pieces at fair prices this is the place to try. We’d trawled round all the well known stores seeing exactly the same items time and time again and it was refreshing to find stylish clothes. I’m already looking forward to a return trip.

   I’m reviewing this shop primarily because I read many reviews complaining about customer service, however, my mum and I were there a couple of weeks ago and we actually enjoyed shopping there so much. The lady at the counter was very nice to us and we exchanged plenty of stories (as I wish we could in other shops and this is something that is really lacking in big chains) and we bought a beautiful dress and skirt. I think my only not so favorite bit is that some of the items don’t have the material on them and I know this is an issue from the brand not the shop but that puts me off from buying something if I don’t know what it’s made of. I’ll be back for sure!

   I was on hunt for a Mother's Day gift and a friend of mine recommended that I check out Boho. I asked the lady working for some advice and she was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I chose a beautiful scarf for my mother, and for a boutique shop, I was very satisfied with the price point too. I would certainly return in the future both for gifts, or to treat myself to something special for my own wardrobe.

   Unwelcoming and unfriendly owners. Unpleasant environment to spend your hard earned cash! However, when you reach the till, they will miraculously change their tune! Nice clothes, but a poor customer service experience.

   Visited with a female relative, i have to say that if the treatment of the arrogant owner happened in a men's shop it would have closed down. Rude, passive agressivness that is totally unnecessary and goodness knows how the shop stays open. In a tourist town learn to be a people person or do not work in retail. I wanted to go back and give some feedback but was talked out of it, so I thought I would warn anyone coming to Bath avoid, unless your a sado masochist who enjoys being treated like pony whilst handing over money!
