    Disappointed that the toast circle has been removed. I now have three worthless bits of card whilst toast has three of my Preloved items. I'm never able to attend the sporadic circle events. - in response to yours. I'm not able to attend the events. I'm aware of the rest of the blurb as that's how you ended up with my clothes in the first place. If I knew you would withdraw the circle offer I would never have surrendered my items. I feel entirely ripped off by the lack of integrity shown by Toast and the utterly generic non-response. What a con!

    I went in for a browse at the new collection today with my shy dog and the staff couldn’t have been kinder, offering him water and a treat and then talking me through the Toast Circle concept. Beautiful pieces and store as always. Thank you ☺️

    Very disappointed to find that Toast Circle is no longer available in the Bath shop and is an event only occasion. We live nr Hereford and even Cheltenham is one and half hours away. It was such a great recycling initiative which deserved to be encouraged.
