This is a beautiful shop selling high quality stylish clothes which last forever. The staff really care and give great advice. When I got home I wished I'd also bought a scarf. I couldn't track it down online so I phoned the shop who traced it for me at another store and I received it the next day. Brilliant service. Thank you.
What a civilised shop, lovely. Hilly and Jin were so nice to chat too while browsing and with a rather good intro offer they kindly gave me I found my perfect boiled wool little navy jacket. Will be in on my next visit to Bath 100%! Thanks ladies.
I came to Bath for a short vacation, it was a great experience when I stepped into OSKA, Nelle and Jin welcoming me with warm and pleasant smiles, both of them helped me to get the cloth and accessories which I liked very much, their professionalism is 5+ stars and beyond my expectations. I came into the store after seeing the cute offerings in the window and had a thorough look around the store. Not once did the salesclerk ask if I was looking for anything or needed some help. She gets two stars because when I asked for a different size she did go find one but that was the extent of it. When I came out of the change room with a pair of pants and a sweater she didn't even look up or offer any helpful ideas or suggestions. Well I really loved the sweater an and bought it but I sure would have been open to more suggestions. Maybe she had inventory to do on the till but it occupied her the whole time. Too bad. I would have happily spent more
I’m staying in Bath for a few days and came upon the lovely Oska shop. I couldn’t resist a beautiful blue wool jacket - fits like a dream. So many lovely things and super-helpful service.
What an amazing experience shopping at Osaka, Bath. I visited on Friday 23/09/22 and was helped by the two lovely ladies working that day, nothing was too much trouble and both were ever so helpful without being pushy in any sense. Ultimately the jacket I wanted wasn’t available in my size so it was ordered most helpfully from the Ludlow store and posted direct to my home, I could not fault the service, thanks ever so much for all the help offered.
We live in Yorkshire but visit Bath several times a year. I stumbled across this shop initially and had a very warm welcome. I'd never bought any Oska or Ischiko before, but found lots of beautiful pieces in very flattering styles. The fabrics feel very good next to your skin and the colour palettes work well together. They wash well too, and don't lose colour or shape. I have a few pairs of the linen balloon pants and would not be without them in summer. Very flattering, cool and easy to accessorise. Every visit I come out with a few more pieces. These are well made, timeless pieces you can dress up or down and feel confident in. The staff in Oska Bath are knowledgeable, helpful and recommend things that they feel will suit you, things you wouldn't have selected yourself, yet look fabulous when you try on! Holly is a great assest to Oska, she always makes me feel special when I visit & even remembers the colours I prefer. Once I left my glasses in the changing room & was stressing. I needn't have, Holly had kept them safe for me. All in all, my favourite shop & my favourite saleswoman!
I was struggling to order a particular dress I wanted for an imminent holiday and following raising a query online I was contacted by Nelle from the Bath store. I can honestly say she could not have been more helpful or pleasant and went to endless trouble on my behalf, eventually ordering the dress for me herself and ensuring it was delivered the next day - PERFECT service. An absolute breath of fresh air in a world where the majority of companies cannot be bothered to talk to their customers at all. I live a long way from Bath but will make a point of visiting in the coming months.
For someone who usually hates the whole experience of clothes shopping, what an unexpected delight it was to find this shop! Above and beyond the norm for customer service. The girls were knowledgeable, patient and honest, encouraging without being pushy. Will definitely return to this store - making the trip from North Yorkshire!
My favourite shop. The clothes are beautiful and timeless. Although pricey they last for years, are comfortable and look good. The staff in Bath are great. Friendly, knowledgeable and always go out of their way to find the right styles and sizes.
