I bought a beautiful handbag and a great waxed rain hat. Tanya, the owner is very warm and welcoming, and very honest. She is more concerned by making sure you select something that flatters you than selling it to you. I really appreciated her honesty, her advice and making me feel comfortable despite being big sized and not purchasing some of the beautiful item she had. The clothing is amazing, beautiful quality and fairly priced. She has an excellent eye, having been a costume designer. You can trust her 200%
I came across this delightful store when staying nearby during my first visit to Bath. Annie and Caroline were incredibly friendly and we had a great chat about our favourite labels. I need to get a hat for a wedding later this year and they have some unusual styles which are very much to my taste. The 2 ladies took time to check my sizing and advised that the autumn winter collection would be arriving soon. Even though I live in Scotland I will make sure I make purchases in the future. This is what great customer service looks like.

A magical experience! Wandered across this treasure of a shop and was under Tanya's spell. This lady knows how to style and makes choosing a special piece of clothing a total joy. Such experience and a wonderful, captivating personality a true professional at her trade. We left with two gorgeous coats, hubby even had to have a pair new jeans! Fantastic selection of superior mens and womens clothing sourced from the UK and European sources of quality and distinction. Well priced and the staff are very friendly, knowledgable and passionate about providing assistance in selecting products in an honest and fun way. The long coat and jumper (Fishermans from Ireland) I purchased are 2 of my favourite purchases. Wonderful experience that is well worth the visit.
