   Went into to this store looking to buy a bunch of clothes but was treated so poorly by a woman named “avesha” or however you spell it. I hope managment deals with her. She was very rude after everyone else in the store had been nice and helpful. Aveesha needs an attitude check and to do her job, ontop of scowling and looking disgusted in me when I asked for a bigger size, but screamed at me to go back to the change room I was previously in to get the hangers when none of the items in that change room were mine except one which I hung up properly as I work in retail myself. Kudos to Isla she was amazing and saved our customer service experience otherwise we would’ve left our whole shopping haul.

   Over the years the men’s section has been reduced and reduced until, with no exaggeration, about 95% of the store has been taken over by women’s clothes are what was left of the men’s is now mostly home decoration. What’s left of the men’s section is a mish mash of second hand clothes and own brand designs. Every time I go there’s less clothes for men to the point where there’s no point going at all. Makes you feel neglected in a way

   Whilst I liked the shop and they had some really nice stuff wich I would have liked but it wasn't something that would have been me. The style of clothing isn't really something I would choose so not a store for me but other than that it is a good store and I enjoyed looking around but did find the music quite loud and become a bit to much for me.

   staff are very rude and unfriendly. in the time (1:15-1:30 30/01/22) my sister is 7 and wasn’t allowed to get changed with me (15) once we had asked to buy 1 of the items of clothing we wanted, the staff member took it out my hands and said ok your done, goodbye. once we left my younger sister burst into tears. not happy.

   A nice and big store, great selection of clothing, the staff were so nice and friendly and helped me join UO Rewards and was very helpful! A good experience at UO here compared to other stores in the UK :)
