Incredibly rude brunette staff member. Extremely unwelcoming and made a return very difficult, having ignored me when I walked in and rudely asked “return?” Then “well where did you buy it”? Unbelievably difficult and it upset me.
Staff is very unfriendly especially if you are not white skinned. I did buy a jacket because I liked it and don’t want to hate the brand because of few employees behaviour but felt very insulted when you get treated differently because of race/sex/religion. I saw them greeting other people so well. But they never even greeted me or my kids hi. Felt very sad.
warning! cute place with lovely food, but the only two problems are it’s a very busy street for tourism. They also have what looks to be a cool/chef that sits outside and will make a remark at you, wink or lick his lips towards women which is extremely uncomfortable for passers by, and also people who just want to eat !
Friendly and helpful. Super clothes, great value for money as they last for years.
