I went in to Urban Outfitters today (2nd September) and was pretty disgusted by the condition of the shop. Clothes were everywhere, mostly on the floor or in piles everywhere. The shop felt extremely dirty and neglected. This isn’t something I’ve noticed before but today was awful, I left immediately, it looks like they’ve completely stopped making any effort to keep clean and tidy

First of all, let me start with the pros of this place: There is a wide variety of unique clothes unlike other trending fashion stores, which gives the place quite a distinct feel. Also, clothes tend to be on sale quite often (usually around 50 to 75 percent off). However, the cons seem to outweigh the pros. First of all, if the clothes you want are not on sale, be prepared to pay around 30 to 45 pounds for a simple T-shirt. Good luck trying to find something cute in the first place, as clothes are often carelessly strewn on the floor. It is usually quite hot in the store, even in the summer. It feels as if they turn the heating on on purpose? You would expect clothes that are excessively expensive to at least be made of quality material, however, this is not the case here. Urban Outfitters often produces clothes made fully out of polyester, which indicates it as a fast fashion brand. To conclude, I only suggest buying clothes here if they are on sale. It is not worth your money.

Every business needs a Tom. It’s incredible how only a brief interaction can become so memorable. Tom was exceptional. From his warmth and humour to his ability to ensure you felt valued as a customer. If there were awards for ‘Impeccable Customer Service’, Tom would win them all. He could also provide a masterclass to anyone working in a customer facing role on how it should be done. Great products, great prices, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all round. Nice one Urban Outfitters.

I visited the Urban Outfitters store in Cabot Circus, Bristol, two weeks ago, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The store was in a shockingly poor condition—dirty, disorganised, and clearly neglected. There were very few staff members on the floor, and those present were gathered behind the counter chatting, completely ignoring the customers. The floor was littered with clothes and rubbish, creating a very uninviting atmosphere. The changing rooms were particularly appalling—dusty, dirty, and filled with trash. The cabin walls and mirrors hadn’t been cleaned in what seemed like a long time. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit, and I won’t be returning.

Hi, my friend and I called into U.O. in Bristol and Tom was amazing. He spent time on us like we were the only customers and made sure we had all we needed

Over-priced t shirts : often sold with damage on neck area due to security tags . When I rang store to complain they said it’s because people steal them by removing the tags themselves.. my question is why are damaged goods put back onto shop floor and why are they not checked for this kind of damage by till assistants at point of sale? My son has bought at least 8 t- shirts at the price of £35 which are faulty due to this.
