   Going to stop visiting this store as much as I love COS because the lifts are always out of service, which, as a Dad regularly visiting with a pram means I can't go upstairs to the menswear. Also anyone with access issues is unable to go upstairs. My suggestion is to get a permanent fix for the lifts as it's been going on for over a year and I have mentioned it to the staff more than once.

   Offers great clothes, I bought a few shirts and a bracelet, the personnel is well trained and the shopping process didn't take long, this was probably due to their good work at the Checkout which was remarkable.

   Five stars customer service to Tom. He is very caring and thoughtful member of staff. My baby boy,two and a half months old, and I went to cos in Bath on Sunday to try a pair of trousers on. Tom offered us a big fitting room and a chair where I could sit down just in case I wanted to feed my baby. Cos store is very lucky to have staff like Tom.We definitely will go back to store again because of him

   Seriously disappointed with their voucher system as vouchers cannot be used online (even though other stores offer this facility). Information cannot be given as to when a store will recieve required items in order to redeem vouchers. Disappointing experience. *
