   I recently purchased a pair of trousers from this store, but when I wore them the next day, my friend noticed a hole under the knee. When I returned to the shop to address the issue, the staff member was extremely rude and questioned my integrity, implying that I must have caused the damage myself. I was shocked by her behavior because it instead points to a problem with the store’s quality control as they displayed defective products for sale. Any incident like this should not happen with proper checks in place and wouldn’t put the customer in an uncomfortable position like this one. Although she eventually offered a refund or exchange, I declined because this experience has left me feeling so unwelcomed and unwilling to shop here again. The staff’s lack of training and manners was incredibly disappointing.

   I bought a very lovely top from a not so lovely stuff.The 2 sale women were just standing around the cashier .I greeted them but they were just in their own world dealing with whatever .She couldn’t even fold my item and didn’t offer me a bag.

   I am sure it's a wonderful shop but for me a wonderful shop to pass by on my way to White Stuff,for some reason being a bloke holds a little more interest.Give Mango a visit,as l hope we all like our Bristol shops and appreciate them.

1. Very Tricky ★☆☆☆☆

   Dreadful! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Took money 20 December 2021, promising delivery by 22 December, but never delivered. Chatbot said "Your order is being processed" NOTHING HAPPENED Email refused by postmaster, phones were put down, eventually a long phone call said you'll have to reorder. Shows on website but no sizes available!

   Staff in store were very friendly & happy to help you.. can also pick up online orders from store which i did with no problems.. clothes are good quality, changing rooms are not to small. Lots of choice great for a nice blazer..
