I'm afraid to say I've just had the very worst customer service I can remember receiving. From a company like next I expect a lot more.

Had an issue with an in store return, after contacting customer services who were no help I asked to be put through to the store and spoke to a Manager (Guy) he told me to come down and he would sort it. Went in and within 5 minutes he had returned the items on to a gift card - Thank you.
Changing rooms are shocking and dirty with piles of rolled up dust and fluff on the floor. All changing rooms had clothing left in there that hadn’t been put back. Disappointing.
Have been there couple of times and always good choice & helpful staff. no problem of returning item as didn’t fit well.
Young lad in mens section helped me with some shirt fittings and middle aged lady served me, both very polite and helpful.
Went to the store to exchange some jeans which had gone through after 2 wears and 1 wash. Skinny fit stretch which the store ordered in for me. As didn't have a receipt the young lady needed to get a manager. When the manager took a look at me (as a bigger built gentleman) she then said the jeans were obviously to small for me in front of a que of customers. When I said what did you say. She then reiterated the fact the these jeans were obviously way to small for me hence why they went through after 2 wears. She was in fact telling me I was to fat for the jeans which ironically I was wearing an exact same pair of jeans which I bought at the same time which fitted perfectly and hadn't gone through!!! Not only did she call me fat she also tried to refund me less than what I paid for the jeans!!!! Once I then questioned her on that she tried to make a story up that these jeans which I paid £25 for were in fact only £22. Then I proved how much I paid via a bank statement she up to the refund to the correct amount. Shocking customer service!!!!! Will never be setting foot in that next store ever again!!!!!
Next Yate is a lovely little store with friendly and helpful staff. It is a great asset to Yate. The Next at the Yate Riverside Development has a Women’s, Men’s, Childrenwear (up to 12yrs) and Home department with a Costa Coffee. The store is split over 2 floors and has spacious fitting rooms.
