   Do you like my new hat? I’m so pleased with it. Thank you Heather for a lovely afternoon hat making. I recently spent the afternoon with Heather on a 1:1 workshop where I made with Heather’s expertise and guidance my waterproof and cosy hat, which fits me perfectly. It was quite fiddly, my choice of lining fabric didn’t help, however, as I am quite competent using a sewing machine it worked out well. Heather provided the wax cotton fabric and I purchased the lining fabric from Lianne at Koala Kreations just around the corner in Hatherell’s Yard. We had a lovely afternoon, chatting and drinking tea and at the end of it I had made a lovely bespoke hat.

   Absolutely perfect service they really couldn't do enough to help me find the perfect hat for a wedding nearby....they really made the process so easy! Beautiful hat and box to store it in whilst I was travelling to wedding! Had a selection of hats put aside for my outfit when I arrived! Would 110% recommend!

   Heather is amazing. I showed her my Mother of the Bride dress and she was able to design the perfect hat to match my outfit. She understood exactly what I was looking for, simple, chic and elegant. I've never worn a hat before and she gave me the confidence to carry it off. The hat completed my outfit and I felt a million dollars. Can't wait for another event so I can hire another hat!

   Heather is an absolute gem. She saved the day for me by rescuing a hat I purchased from a posh wedding store in Cardiff. The hat had too much weight at the front (due to bad design) and was in danger of going in my soup. It just kept toppling off so was not fit for purpose. The wedding shop told me that a hairdresser would be able to secure it, which turned out to be utter nonsense! Heather put a new headband on and repositioned the bits on top. Super job, thank you Heather. Highly recommended x

   Heather helped me to find the perfect hat for my daughters' wedding. She patiently showed me a wide range of styles and options before I chooses a hat from her hire section. Heather made a minor adjustment to the hat so that it perfectly tied in with the colours of my dress. I received lots of compliments on the day, many relating to how well the hat matched my outfit. Heather is a talented hat designer and I will be back the next time I need something for a special occasion!

   I had been looking for a unique flat cap for sometime, I visited the store before lockdown and came across one which was almost perfect. I wanted to have once of the feathers changed to suit a winter jacket. This was no problem and was carried out while I waited.
