   We stayed as a family in this spacious and well-maintained accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and while the interior may not be ultra-modern, everything was in top condition. Parking was easy to find nearby. The location offers a great view of the racetrack and the world’s oldest continuously played golf course — we even saw people playing in the rain! Getting to Edinburgh city center (Princes Street) was easy: the bus stop is right in front of the building, and the ride took less than 40 minutes without any transfers. We also enjoyed exploring Musselburgh’s town center, where we could experience Scottish culture in a charming small-town setting. A clear recommendation — we’ll definitely be back!

   Our stay at Arden House last week was first class.Alice was extremely helpful answering all our questions including times of buses and cost of tickets to Edinburgh. The room was great and the breakfast brought to our room was freshly made and the whole stay well worth the money. Hoping to stay again next year when we visit family. Thank you Alice

   Really great service from Alice and Kevin. Our train up from London had been delayed massively due to issues which meant we arrived very late at night. They arranged to pick us up from the station. Really friendly and a good place to stay. Room was comfortable and breakfast delivered to the door.

   The service was warm and friendly, the room was very comfortable breakfast delivery to your door. The host Alice is so friendly and helpful with a wonderful dog. Great place to find and go back to just facing Musselburgh racecourse.

   We had a wonderful stay at Arden house. The room, a family room, was such a beautiful welcoming place. Our hosts, Alice & Kevin, are wonderful people, nothing was too much trouble. Being a few miles out of Edinburgh made it a much more restful visit. We would absolutely stay here again

   The best place in musselburgh to stay in. Very clean tidy and amazing host. Alice will make sure you’re feeling welcomed and at home. We took a large room with multiple beds. Amazing view. Great breakfast and very close from shops. If you like to walk it’s 30 min to the train station or down the street for a bud ride.

   My friends and I enjoyed a two night stay at this bed and breakfast House. It's in a great location with views over Musselburgh race/golf courses. It was very clean and comfortable. Kettle and TV in the room. And we used the dining room (overlooks the race course) for boardgames, cup of tea at night. Peaceful. Never heard any noise from inside or outside throughout the night. The landlady was very pleasant and could not have been more helpful. We will probably return in the future. And would most certainly recommend it.
