    This is my favourite Jigsaw branch. The shop has a relaxed and welcoming feel, while obviously maintaining high standards of creative presentation, product knowledge and always excellent customer service under the leadership of Brian the manager. For quality, wearability, continuity of styling between seasons and quietly gorgeous takes on current trends I always head to Jigsaw.

    Popped in for a mooch, and was incredibly impressed by the service received. Jo was welcoming and friendly in the right proportions, and helped me pick a few things, along with suggestions I wouldn't have considered without her help! Jo really did make it feel like a boutique experience over a high end chain; for me, this is incredibly important. While I was paying up, the store manager was there (Brian?) and you could tell they are a very happy team. I don't shop in Bristol often as I live in Bath, but will definitely make a beeline for this branch next time I'm in town. It's a real gem of a store, and the service made it a perfect shopping experience.
