   I’ve never tried a wetsuit on in a city centre store before, it’s usually down by the sea, but it all went swimmingly! I couldn’t see what I wanted on the rack so Andy rummaged through the box of shorties to find my size (XXL…as expected it was the last one at the bottom of the box) and then turned on the air conditioning, anticipating that trying on Yulex in a small changing room on a warm day would be a sticky experience. I liked the wetsuit but I wasn’t sure it was what I needed today. But Andy had been browsing the sale and was ready to show me another product, ridiculously discounted, and just what I needed for swimming. Sold! And will be arriving at home soon. What a great shopping experience. Nice store layout, friendly staff with time to talk and meet my needs, and a new wetsuit coming soon to a lake or sea near you!

   This is one of the best outdoor apparel shops in the city. As an American from a premier sports wear city—this is my go to recommendation for friends visiting from abroad. Helpful store employees with a good grasp on British weather, and what Bristol rain is really like. Five stars because ten wasn't an option.

   I’d like thank George for being so helpful. I was trying to locate a product which I couldn’t get online. I tried to ring my local branch but couldn’t get through all day. He looked up stock and even offered to send it out to me. Christmas is a stressful time trying to get last minute choices from your children. George made me feel like a valued customer. Finally got it, Christmas saved.

   This is review long overdue…. We visited the store in Bristol last year. Customer service was excellent! I think it was either Sam or Ben who helped me. Although I know the brand from from its early stage, I kept my mouth shut to see how much information was known to the staff. He was exceptionally well informed. I love my jacket and wouldn’t swap it for any other. Team is pretty good there so go and stop by.
