Customer service policy has treated me poorly on two occasions I will no longer be using this brand to make purchases. Clothing quality has gone down hill and prices have gone up so today was the final straw. there are plenty of smaller online business with better quality products at lower prices with better customer service.
Gad a fantastic experience at this shop. The staff assisted me in choosing a jumper and their advice and general service was excellent. The clothing is well-made also. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing staff, always very helpful. They deserve 5 stars. My issue is with the quality of clothing, the hierarchy must ask themselves is it really worth cheaping out on materials etc at the expense of losing customers. This brand isn’t what it once was. The quality of clothing has noticeably been deteriorating over time to a point where I see no difference between Zara/River Island garments and Reiss, the only difference is the massively inflated price tags. Perhaps a result of Next owning 25% of Reiss? I don’t know but what a terrible shame because I used to love this brand.
A lovely store, the staff are friendly and welcoming and they sell good quality clothes and accessories.
I used to hate wearing a suit, give me jeans T shirt & Hoodie any day... That was until I bought a suit here, Charlie the "Sales assistant / Taylor" was very helpful & friendly. They were also flexible on exchanging items that had passed the normal 14 day return period.
