   Made a special journey to Keynsham today to give this shop a go. Wow! What an amazing find! After a weight loss I was struggling to find a good bra that fitted. Julie was an absolute gem, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Maintaining my dignity! But giving a thorough and professional fitting. I left with 2 sets of bra and knickers. I will 100% be back. 5 huge stars from me! And a massive Thank You.

   There is a women who works there.. always sounds like she has a cold/stuffy nose. First time I went in she was frazzled (it was busy). But because she decided to fit 4 people at the same time both my mum and me were left for long times between bra options.. we decided to just leave the fitting room in the end as it was pointless. I tried asking for other sizes and it seemed more of an issue.. this is your job!! This was a Tuesday 12pm. Bought two bras which were ok but also very expensive. The women in question is rude. I don't get a nice vibe from this place at all, the seem judgey and unwilling to help. I will not go back to this shop. The same women told my mum she could return her bras if they didn't fit properly.. probably because she fitted her so poorly. It took a week to come on and the women tried to tell her she couldn't return them even though it was in the grave period. Extremely rude saying "well you weren't on holiday for 4 weeks!" When she asked why it took until the last day to return. My mum replied "the bras took a week to be delivered, she was on holiday for two weeks and she's been working!". I would honestly avoid this place or just the stuffy nosed talker women in question.

   You really will find a perfect fit here! The lovely ladies at this shop offer fantastic service - they’re very knowledgeable and understanding. No need to make an appointment and I was seen straight way. I came away with several bras that actually fit well, and I’m genuinely looking forward to wearing them. There’s a wide range of stock at different price points, and if any sizes are missing, it seems they can order and post them out. It was well worth making the trip from Bristol to meet the expert fitters, and this will now be my go-to place for buying well-fitting, quality bras, so no more high street brands for me!

   This shop specialises in Bra fitting but I was shopping for swimming costumes. They have an amazing choice of styles and colours. I couldn't choose between the 2 that were the best fit so bought them both. One is maybe a little too colourful for the local pool, but perfect for holiday. Extremely helpful staff.

   Make sure you are happy with your purchase before you buy I bought two bras here for £80. The owner fitted me in the shop said that the bras were a great fit When I got home I put one of them on and had to take it off after two hours. The sides rolled up and caused my skin to be sore from cutting in and the wires dug into my sides causing a very sore and tender area I still have the marks 3 days later. I went back to the shop for a refund. Their policy says credit note only I argued that they were not fit for purpose as I could not wear them. The owner refused she said that they fit me perfectly and there was nothing wrong with them. She said it was ‘normal’ to get discomfort from wires. She offered to re fit me which I agreed to. She brought me various other bras which all rolled up and cut in. She still would not give me a refund. She tried a bigger size which actually felt tighter, she said black material is always tighter when you first buy it !!!! I am disappointed upset and angry. I have been left with a credit not for £80 which I am very unlikely to use as I feel I never want to set foot back in that shop.
