   From my 1st contact, a request for my lounge/ HSL and Hallway carpets to be cleaned, has been actioned promptly and in a polite and professional manner. I would not hesitate in recommending Sean and his company to carry out cleaning services for Domestic and Business work. The carpets came up looking brand new and with a lovely lemon scent in all rooms. I will certainly be requesting his services to carry out further work in my home.    We quite urgently needed the carpets deep cleaning in a few rooms and Sean did everything possible to get out to us as soon as he could, with great communication along the way. The house requiring the cleaning belongs to an elderly lady with Alzheimer’s and after explaining the situation, the cleaning was carried out in a friendly and compassionate manner, with great consideration for the situation, putting her completely at ease. The carpets came up beautifully and as I couldn’t be present, I was sent videos of the newly cleaned rooms and footage of the emptying out of the water afterwards! The house smelled so fresh afterwards, and Sean advised me on how to ensure the house is kept mould-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sean, especially for situations requiring a more delicate and caring approach. Thank you so much Sean for your care and professionalism while we were navigating quite tricky circumstances.

   Deep clean dream team! So delighted with the amazing results from this team. Sean and Veronica from NWH came to deep clean after the building work we’ve just had done. They have done a fantastic job of the whole house (five floors so a big job!) in just a day. The kitchen and bathroom we’re completely sparkling, the cupboards all emptied and thoroughly cleaned which is worth the call alone as they were hoarding dust from the building works. They exceeded our expectations! We also booked the carpet clean for the cream living room and they have come up incredibly well, better than the specialist company we had in previously and at half the price too. Really impressed with the team, the communication was excellent, they were prompt and responsive. The quote was very competitive and after seeing the quality of the work I can honestly say we got a bargain! We will certainly use NWH again and are happily recommending them to friends already. Thank you again for a superb job!
