I've been buying jeans here for years...today I was in and out in 10 minutes with the perfect pair. The customer service is outstanding. They know their denim and will assist and advise you until you are happy. Highly recommended.
Great shop, refreshing to find an independent shop like this in a city. The chap who served me was very helpful, friendly and we had a chat and laugh too. I bought a pair of Kickers jeans in the sale and am delighted!
Great place for jeans. They know their stuff for sure. I couldn't get a pair of lee black jeans before Xmas. They got some in text me and put them to one side for nearly a month for me. That's a top service in my eyes.
Bought a few items from here over the years. Dulay’s like a throwback to when buying a great new pair jeans meant something and not just an item to pick up in Tesco. The chap upstairs is incredibly knowledgable, knows all the models, fits and specs, so can guide you to options based on your tastes and requirements. If you take jeans seriously, this is the place to go.

I’ve been using this this for over 20 years!!! The best place to shop in Bristol. Huge selector of jeans, Tee’s and shirts. Julian always has so much time to help and really knows his stuff. You get a real personal service. There’s not many places like this around and is a credit to Bristol shopping. Keep up the good work and keep the Lee & Wrangler Tee’s stocked up and I’ll keep returning for years to come.
I can’t recommend this store highly enough. firstly, they kindly accepted my return of unused jeans even though it was months later. Though I didn’t get the full price back, which was fair considering how long I had them, I did get some money back which meant I could afford to get the right pair of jeans that I will wear. Julian was amazing, picked out the ideal pair of Lee jeans - Ellie that were so comfortable. Great independent shop that I will always go back to. Thanks Julian and Jay
