Next is my favourite high street clothing store. In terms of quality its as good as any high end brand but at a fraction of the price. The styles are relevant and up to date. Regardless of age Next have it spot on. The staff in this store are helpful and it's an enjoyable shopping experience.
Friendly staff & good selection of clothes, a good next branch
Disappointing baby/young girls selection in terms of sizes available. If you have a baby under 12 months sizes are impossible to find in there. The blonde lady that works on this department (I am assuming as she is always there when I go in) is also unhelpful. She always seems to be floating around but her customer service is lacking. Multiple times I have asked her about sizes and she will always check but it always feels like I am unconvincing her and her knowledge of baby sizes is lacking. She will huff around the area that I am in and merchandise or tidy clothes loudly if I ask her a question.
Very friendly and helpful staff but watch what you are charged as scan does not alwaus tally with ticket I bought trousers ticket price £18 till price £20

Been there today and the experience was awesome. I was in the store for more than 3 hours and was handled very nicely by Barbara. It was such a pleasant experience. Regarding the stock, I needed suit with long sleeves size and even after lot of struggle and search I was unable to find it in any stores in Bristol but I got it in Next. So over all very happy :)
Unhelpful and time wasting. The Staff member Susan took about 5 minutes to check if there were trousers in a different size. Struggling on the computer. Then about an other 5mins to locate the rest of the suit struggling to read the barcode numbers to input them on the computer. After we got the size and suit located Susan then asked for my address for delivery. Followed by another failed attempt on the computer to seeming find where to input the address. I gave up and left.
Big store with variety of different items. They offer casual clothes, homewear, sportswear, lingerie and accessories. Their kids section is very cute and colourful but functional and stylish. The overall quality of the products is high. The prices are quite expensive on average.
