I would like to thank Simon from the linwood shop, I'd been in so many home bargains looking for the highland cows with no luck, Simon went out of his way to get them for me, his customer service is excellent and I feel that he definitely needs to be recognised. Was in the Linwood branch this afternoon with my Mother in Law and we stopped to chat to one of the staff, turned out he was the store manager, this man was such a genuinely lovely guy to talk to, working in retail myself I do appreciate when you can interact with the customers. Thank you for a very pleasant visit. My Mother in Law would also like to pass on her gratitude as he was very polite to her

Pleasantly surprised. The store was clean and tidy,shelves were well stocked,staff seemed happy and check outs staffed as required. Great variety of goods on display . Certainly better than some close rivals.
Love this store!! Always go in for just a few things and end up with a basket full. Great prices and great selection of products. Good that they sell fresh food too. Could get your weekly shopping here to be honest!!
