   Went in to collect some groceries.. showed the guy behind the counter the order details and he gave me a dirty look and pretended to not have a clue what i was showing him... don't know his name but apparently he's "the boss" ... Normally the workers hand me my order and smile but He was so arrogant and rude took an attitude with me refused to apologise and then told me i wasn't getting my order. I told him his behaviour and attitude was disgusting and asked for his name and if he was the boss. He said he was. Well if he is the boss that says a lot. Anyway he ran his mouth at me and said some hateful things then actually threatened to "batter my *&£&# in". Tough guy behind a counter threatening a customer. He should be sacked or have his trading licence revoked. So beware to all the locals in Clydebank when going in here. They have lost my custom anyway...

   The guy behind counter Ali is very rude and cheeky to certain customers he looks down and tries to embarrass some people I think he should remember that the people are buying and deserve common courtesy I will not be back at this shop but the elderly gentleman is a pleasure
