   Lots of offers in the shop, was not impressed with checkout system though. Several unused self-service tills and only 1 young lad on the manned checkout. As the majority of us were using gift cards or returning goods the queue was quite long and people were wishing they hadn't bothered. Pretty poor in the build up to Christmas! Surely there should be more choices for paying in-store, not everyone wants to buy online or use automated tills!

   I'm have to say a truly awful visit! I dont usually complain as i work in a customer based job and realise that some days are challenging.Generally staff are pleasant but my last visit was a horrible experience!! When I got to the check out the person called Gill was too busy talking to serve me and eventually when she did she was very abrupt and rude. I know that we all have bad days but honestly when I pointed out that she was being rude all she done was argue with me!!! What a thoroughly horrible person! Needless to say I won't be recommending your store ever!!! I would've given no stars if I could

   You definitely need more checkouts open. Very fiddly and time consuming trying to take hangers out of clothes while scanning, and I had two weak rubbish paper bags break with clothes falling out. The self service actually takes longer here than being served by a fast human being. Will buy on Amazon in the future.
