   I have rented flats from four different letting agencies in Scotland over the past seven years, and I have never experienced service like Glenham's before. From the viewing and application process to handling the documents and moving in, everything was smooth and professional. What I value most is when people are normal, warm and genuinely approachable, and everyone I have interacted with at Glenham, especially in person, has been exactly that and so much more. Most importantly, the contact throughout my tenancy has been outstanding. Anything I report is handled very quickly, and inspection visits feel like a pleasure rather than a formal, nosy requirement. They genuinely want the tenant to have the best conditions possible. They listen to you, which matters a lot. I have had agencies where you reported something during inspections, but nothing was ever done about it. Here, they truly care. If I ever need to look for another flat, I will go straight to Glenham's website because I genuinely would not want to change to any other agency.

   I have been a tenant in one of Glenhams properties for a few months now and everything has ran smoothly with the initial process being made very straightforward. My main point of contact has been Sophie Alley and all communication /queries have been answered very quickly and efficiently. I had a mattress replaced very quickly as well when I moved in and so far would recommend Glenham to anyone looking to let a property in Edinburgh.

   Finding a flat in Edinburgh can be incredibly stressful and these letting agents made it a lot more bearable. Kind agent at the viewing, very quick to email responses and the viewing process itself was really nice (was able to view it alone so did not feel rushed). Their phone systems in particular are great, no awful automated voice that you have to listen to for ages only for the line to then tell you to work things out for yourself and then hang up. Thank you!

   I was first contacted by Charlie Innes at Glenham Property in September 2021 after I had clicked on a link within a property listing to find out more about the letting market in Scotland. From the very first moment, I was struck by how approachable, knowledgeable yet very professional, Charlie Innes and Glenham Property are. Until very recently, Charlie Innes has been my main contact since September 2021 and I have felt very informed about the services offered by Glenham Property as well as the necessary actions I was required to complete such as finding a Solicitor in Scotland etc and my responsibilities as a Landlord. I feel that I have received a first class service throughout my time with Charlie and Glenham Property. My first contact with Glenham Property was in September 2021 as I had decided to purchase a property in Edinburgh, some time after August 2022, specifically to let out and wanted to find out more about the letting market in Edinburgh and also about being a Landlord. Since then, I have had regular discussions with Charlie from Glenham Property and he has kept me up to date with developments within the rental sector as well as all the legislation and regulations relating to Landlords’ responsibilities. It is also clear to me that Glenham really care about the Tenant(s) as much as they do about the Landlords and that is very important for me to know that my tenants will be looked after. That goes hand in hand with ensuring that properties are well looked after too which Glenham Property does very well. I am pleased to confirm that approximately one month or so ago, Charlie found a suitable property for me to buy and also very fortunate for me, it came with good tenants already in situ. My property purchase was completed yesterday and I am very pleased! Glenham Property will be managing the property on my behalf as I cannot imagine receiving a better service from another Property Company nor finding one that looks after the tenants in the way that Glenham Property do. I can thoroughly recommend Glenham Property.

   I've been living in rented properties for over 22years and In my experience this is the best letting agency I have had the good fortune to be renting from and to have met. This agency is unique for me in that it really cares about the comfort and wellbeing of the people who occupy the building. They respond to the usual needs a tenant may have when renting, replacing and updating safety checks without hesitation. They are considerate when asking for mandatory house checks and in my experience always consider putting the tenants needs for respect and privacy first. I'd go so far as to say 'The best agency out there'

   Bad experience being a tenant with Glenham. - First day of move in, I found the property unclean. Full of dust and greasy. Also, the electricity safety has not been checked. Not proactive as I needed to inform what happened and followed up for issues several time. - During the rent, responsive when there were repair and maintenance problems. -During the move out process, poor document checking process by the agent. They charged me the invoice for something that was not my responsibility. I had to ask them a few times to provide the evidence. Every time they came back witht the new value. I have lost my trust in them and I will not use the service with Glenham again. Painful.
