   I spent five months here and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to bus stops, the tram station, and a convenience store. It's about a 20-minute stroll to Princes Street and St James Quarter, making it easy to explore the city. The apartments are beautifully furnished, and the team was incredibly responsive to any needs. One of the highlights is the rooftop seating area, offering stunning views of Arthur’s Seat, Calton Hill, and Edinburgh Castle. There's also a spacious, fully equipped gym. I’d definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Edinburgh.

   Stayed here for three years and it's been incredible. Facilities are great, the rooftop especially, with a gym stocked with the essentials. Staff are always very easy to get a hold of through email and repairs can be done very fast. I really like the holiday decorations that they do in the lobby which are always cute. Only downside is the lift has been under repair for a while now.

   The staff here have been absolutely incredible, the building is in a wonderful location, dog friendly, and has great amenities including a gym, roof top terrace, and work spaces that can also be rented out. Would definitely recommend!

   Absolutely loved my time here and only moved out so I could be close to work otherwise I would have definitely stayed longer! The team were really friendly and welcoming! And I really felt at home and well looked after. The building itself was really nice, and it was great having a gym. It was always easy to order food and deliveries straight to your door. The apartments were quite cozy inside, well done up and lots of storage space too, and I loved the little water of leith river runs that were on the doorstep! Thanks for having me Kingsford team! :)

   Loved my time here! The apartments are modern and gorgeous, and have everything you could need. The staff could not do more to help you from beginning to end. All the shared spaces were always immaculate and the roof terrace and gym were fantastic features to have so close-by! Location is fantastic, short walk from the city and street parking was never a trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone.

   Lovely serviced appartments with all the necessary amenities. Great location for staying in Edinburgh. Close to the city centre as well as all the tourist attractions. Lovely neighbourhood too, nice and quiet but with all the necessities nearby. Ideal if you have anything planned at the playhouses, only a 15 minute walk.

   Very nice apartment. Had a mezzanine floor where the bed room was. Heating was a little temperamental the NEST didn't seem to work so get the staff to show u the heating. Stairs in the apartment were a little narrow so be mindful if u want to carry cases up. Staff super helpful otherwise. Location is a little out of the way a good 40mins walk up a gradual incline to the main part of town
