   Been renting since I was 16 - now 31 and Marchside property consistently prove themselves to be one of the best rental companies! Our freezer recently stopped working and within a week it’s been replaced. An extremely impressive feat given the time of year and we are so grateful. I’ve been in properties where broken boilers haven’t been fixed for over 6 months! Their communication is great, they are so kind (skipped an inspection for us when my partner was getting surgery to save us the stress) and always prioritise their tenants which is hard to find! Highly recommend!

   I would definitely like to recommend Marchside, they were the most decent agency we communicated with in our five years of residence in Edinburgh. Prompt, efficient and polite, the property we saw was excellently maintained and managed. We could not proceed with the rental for reasons beyond our control (we had only ten days to sell our furniture, among other things), but they still returned the holding deposit, although they were fully entitled to keep it. They deserve a great thanks and the best of reports.

   I would definitely recommend Marchside if you are looking for a letting agent, either as a tenant or Landlord. Kate looked after us SO well and was always quick to reply to any emails or answer calls. And Billy was fantastic, always on hand for any repairs which were dealt with efficiently and promptly. We have rented with them for over a year and were pleasantly surprised with their professional and efficient service and great support. Thanks again to Kate and Billy.

   My partner and I have been renting with Marchside for nearly 3 years and, as first-time renters, we could not have asked for a better letting agency. We moved during lockdown but, even so, were given as much information as possible about the property and we felt supported throughout the whole move in process. During our tenancy, every maintenance issue was sorted promptly and effectively, every inspection was attended by lovely members of the team and we always felt the communication was clear and professional. We would not hesitate in recommending them!

   The landlord I rented from change agencies for Marchside and they were the one I was dealing with the last 6 years. They have been as accommodating as they could with the limitations placed on them by the landlord and I've never had any issues with them. They were extremely helpful when my circumstances changed due to my disability and needed some accommodations made to the bathroom and then liaising with the landlord when he informed us he was selling the flat and I needed to vacate. They were really caring and gave all the advice I needed. They always made the flat visits as less intrusive as possible and always made sure any issues I brought up were dealt with asap. Would definitely have no issues renting another flat looked after by them.

   I rented a property managed by Marchside Property for 3 and a half years. Throughout the tenancy, from viewing through to moving out, they offered a brilliant service with clear communication and were quick to respond to any issues I encountered. Also as they are small company, there was a much more personal feel compared to letting agencies I had previously used which was great. I'd highly recommend Marchside Property to anyone in Edinburgh who were looking to rent a property.

   My partner and I rented a flat from Marchside for just under a year. It was easily the best experience that I've ever had with a letting agency. The staff, in particular Kate and their handyman Billy, were always responsive and very professional. Issues with the flat were generally resolved with a reasonable timeframe.
