No AI generated voices, always personal approach, responsive, proactive, efficient. They organised Let Only of our property in Edinburgh and we are very impressed with service we were given. They also manage the lets and, as far as I know, can help with upgrade of property too. Everyone in this agency is kind, polite and reliable. If we need to look for another tenant, or service around our house, they will definitely be our first choice. 100% recommended. Well done Ladies!
I've been renting through Watt for 5 years now, after dealing with several other (terrible) agencies in Edinburgh for over 13 years. Bethany and Skye are, hands down, the best property managers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They're professional, responsive, and (most importantly for me) genuinely kind and caring humans. The flat has had its fair share of issues over the years, but thanks to their quick and efficient handling, nothing has ever felt like a real problem. Finding a letting agency with heart is rare but Bethany and Skye bring exactly that to Watt Property! If I could rate them 10/5 stars, I absolutely would!
I have been a tenant with Watt Property for coming up to 2 years, it is without a doubt, the best experience I've had with an agent so far and I've been all over Edinburgh and London. All communications are sent out well in advance, contacting them is easy and usually met with a speedy response, I have yet to report an issue that hasn't dealt with in a timely manner. Even when I had a problem out-of-hours, the response was fantastic and they put their best efforts to resolving it. I feel that the flat and all things letting are in good hands with Watt Property. I would highly recommend their services (as tenant at least). A final note for my property manager Bethany, who is an angel. I don't recall when I've ever looked foreward to a flat inspection, but here I am. I almost wish you could take your property manager with you when you move, it's that good. Truly a gem. If you ever have the decision between a property with WP and one with another agency, you know what to do. Thank you Bethany, and the rest of the staff, you do great work and you do it well.

Watt Property are a fantastic agency in Edinburgh. We have been with them for several years and they have always been incredibly helpful, supportive, quick to sort any issues and very flexible around us as tenants. There is definitely a “family-feel” to the agency and we have gotten to know most of the team over the years. They have all be equally friendly, professional and as always helpful. Bethany has be brilliant to work with, she is so quick to respond to emails and has a lovely manner. Pauline and Laura have also been great. They really do have a wonderful team, and we feel very lucky to have come across them. I have had Watt Property fully manage my 3 flats in Edinburgh for nearly 4 years now and I could not be more happy with the service they provide. Always quick, friendly, helpful and efficient with email/telephone communication, very thorough with their property marketing and tenant vetting/checks. Watt Property have provided excellent service as both a letting agent and a selling agent. I was a reluctant landlord when I originally let out my flat. I contracted Watt as my property manager after a period of trying to do it all by myself, as I found it stressful and difficult. I was really impressed with the service. The staff are friendly and their knowledge and professionalism made me a happier landlord knowing that the flat was in good hands, the tenant was respected, and my instructions were understood. They provided clarity and honesty to both me and my tenant, promptly dealt with any problems, and communicated updates regularly. I found the charges agreed for the management were fair and in line with other similar property businesses. However, the benefit of the excellent service and knowledge have made the transaction really good value for me as a landlord. The feedback I got from my tenant was also really positive. I also marketed my property for sale through Watt. I followed their advice and have since agreed a sale for a price and within the timescale they predicted.
