   I would not recommend this racket stringing service. First of all, the place is very difficult to find, which already makes the experience frustrating. You have to go inside a church (no signage outside the church btw) through the space where people pray. On top of that, the turnaround time is far too long. I dropped one racket off on August 5 and another on August 7, and by August 21 I still haven’t received confirmation that they were ready for collection, despite following up multiple times. Communication is very poor. Overall, slow service and lack of clear communication make this an experience I would not want to repeat.

   Great restringing service in London - highly recommend I’ve restrung my tennis rackets with Ray at Pro-String twice now. It has been an excellent service both times. The quality of the stringing is top class. Ray is very friendly and responsive with updates and requests. The personal touch is a big plus. The service is very easy with multiple drop off locations around London, and the turnaround is very quick. The price is also very reasonable. Overall the experience has been a pleasure. I will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend it!

   Excellent response time, advice and turnaround of stringing services. Local shop has a wait time of up to a week whereas Pro-string manages to turn around in a day or two tops. The drop off and pick up at different locations is super useful and getting a notification when the courier delivers the rackets make this hands down a 5 star service.

   Great service from Ray and team from Pro-String. This was the first time getting my racket restrung and Ray was very welcoming, understanding and informative. He was able to walk me through what type of strings are available along with their benefits and drawbacks and gave me recommendations based on the type of response I would like from the strings and ultimately the racket. This was a painless and simple process and would definitely use his services again.
