   I first came out as a 75 year old gay man, to Andrew who was on shift in the store. He completely ignored my revelation and went straight in and on to sell me a banana flavoured vape oil, along with my usual order of garden strawberry oils. I highly recommend this shop and the staff are, jokes aside, some of the best around. Thanks again Andrew.

   Visited the branch in Rutherglen today and WOW what amazing staff you have in there! I originally went in looking for a certain brand to which the man kindly told me they didn’t sell them and pointed me in the direction to where to get them no sales where pushed on me. I did then explain I was wanting to make the change to the refillable ones but the choice and selection scared me abit and he kindly showed me some different ones and explained how they work and showed me the ones that where more easy to assemble. He also did explain the one I had previously been smoking wasn’t the best for my health and why what such knowledgeable staff. To say I was gobsmacked was an understatement. I didn’t catch the name off the two men working in there today but what great guys very friendly where able to answer any questions I had and point me in the correct direction. So glad I made the change and thank you so much for all your help today! I’ll be back :)

   I went in to the rutherglen branch today. I never caught the girls name that served me but she was amazing! So helpful and got me all sorted out. As a first time customer I was also offered a loyalty card to be set up for me. I never had to do a thing! Great customer service. I will definitely be back!

   All the guys are extremely knowledgable on all products in store. Every visit they are patient and understand what you’re looking for and make fantastic recommendations to suit your vaping needs. It’s the only VPZ Store I use monthly and it’s always a pleasure to visit and have a chat. Special shout out to Josh who is forever putting up with me, super understanding and again, introduces me to fantastic new flavours when they arrive in store. It’s great to see his enthusiasm and banter every time I’m in. Thank you! #Kiwi4ever

   Been shopping to the rutherglen branch since it first opened . Still has excellent and efficient customer service especially from the lads reece and josh . Good at pointing me in the right direction regarding products that have just come out / up and coming and even going the extra mile to source discontinued products available in other vpz branches. Never leave without buying and one of my favorite shops to visit. I basically identify as an elfbar at this point in my life .! ^_^ 5☆☆☆☆☆ !!
