   was served by Max at VPZ and honestly, it was the best experience I’ve ever had in the store. Max went above and beyond — not only were they friendly and approachable, but gave me loads of clear information about the current deals and products. I’ve never had a worker there be that helpful before. They made sure I understood everything and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I got the best value!

   A solid and well deserved 5 stars!!! Disaster stuck as my girlfriends vape died whilst we were up this way to see Ghost at the Hydro. Greeted by two awesome guys Billy and Anton. Billy was so helpful and full of recommendations for a full time vape to move away from the disposables and even took into consideration where we were from so we could get replacements and top ups from near where we lived in the Midlands. If you are in need of a vape or passing by, drop in on these lads and you won't be disappointed. Pleasure meeting you both today, Paul and Beth.

   Was in the shop earlier and was served by Anton, answered all me questions I had, and was super friendly and chatty while ringing up my purchase also set me up with a points card as I had previously had one from a few years back but unfortunately lost it. Also went over the points system as well which was useful to know and some of the products deals. Happy bunny thank you

   The staff are really approachable and easy to talk to. I shop here on a regular basis, buying CBD oil to help with my chronic pain, and it works brilliantly. The staff are very helpful in showing me their full range of product, giving me plenty of options to choice from. I would recommend anyone to shop here.

The trainee Anton talked me through the different models and what would be best for my usage. He then talked me through set up and changing coils. Fab job! Thank you so much!!
