Both sales assistants I dealt with were friendly and accommodating but when faced with a problem I found the store manager to be disinterested and unhelpful. Better off buying online.
Great visit. I was looked after by a member of the team here today. He Found Exactly what I was after with Grade A service. Boss should be proud of the level of Service that was delivered by the staff here! Thanks guys n gals
Very rude and unprofessional manager! Went to exchange a pair of jeans but he refused saying that he is not seeing nothing faulty. They don’t wear badge with names so he refuses to say his name also. In this store I was expecting to a proper costumer service.
Had the most awful customer service experience with a woman working at this store when I called in to make an enquiry at 13:16 today. The confidence with which she was rude and condescending towards the customer, refusing to let me speak to the manager or another member of staff as well as providing a first name for my complaint leads me to believe this behaviour has been going on for some time. I have filed a complaint with their head office and will never ever step foot in this store again. Unless you want to be talked down to and patronised, I suggest you choose one of the many other wonderful shops available in the local area.

Very helpful lady up on suits helpful with ideas and also dress styles and matching will be returning to buy a suit 5 stars.
Another Boss shop with brilliant staff. We went in for a coat but didn’t have his size, the young man was very helpful and was prepared to go totally above and beyond to get it to us from another shop. In the end we had it delivered and it came on the day they said it would. Unbelievable service and staff, yet again well done Boss for your choice of staff. We will be back….,
Gréât experience in this shop … The girl helping me ( Albanian) is superb … No pressure … Has time to chat and listen to this old guy babble on … Listened to what I wanted knew what she had and showed me beautiful Well made clothes … I ended up going 4 times as it scares me to spend all that money ( I’m Scottish ) Even although she was clearly not well the poor girl hung in and stayed to help her colleagues … Well done a breath of fresh air ..
