My boyfriend and I have just left with a gorgeous brown suit. The staff on shift this evening (22/09) were phenomenal! Super friendly, helpful, absolute experts and ensured we got what we needed! Very happy with our experience.
I was really impressed with all of the staff and their customer service. Particular thanks to Aaron and Jamie who both helped me on several visits to sort out a custom made suit for my wedding. Really appreciate their input, patience, expertise and warmth. The suit is cracking, highly recomend.
Just wanted to leave a review of my experience at Moss Bros. Jamie ('the ginger man' as others have called him!) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and genuine, and not pushy on the sales front at all. Gave me loads of his time and recommendations on sizing and outfit ideas, and clearly has a great fashion sense. I quite enjoyed his no-nonsense approach honestly, gave me confidence in his recommendations, a breath of fresh air!
I received exceptional service from Peter, Jamie, and Georgia. They went above and beyond to assist me in creating a three pieces customised men's suit set. Staff were friendly and super helpful, but the Moss Bros experience wasn't great. I attended a suit fitting, calling ahead to make sure they had my size - which I was told they did. On the day, we arrived and they told me they didn't have any suits my size and they would order them in. A little annoying, but mistakes happen. So we did that. We were called to say the suits were in, so we booked another appointment. Arriving on the day, we were told they didn't have the suits. They asked to book us again, which I declined. They said they would have them in the next day - I still declined. The next day, I had six calls and a voicemail asking why I hadn't attended when they'd ordered the suits in ... The staff are super nice, but whatever system they're using clearly doesn't work
