   If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! What amazing customer service we have experienced each time we've come in here. We've been in several times for suits and decided today was the day we brought one, definitely the best decision! The staff were amazing as always. So helpful and friendly, they dont try and push expensive suits on you at all. Nothing was rushed. Nothing was too much. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely changing rooms. And caring towards their customers and even let our daughter sit down and chill because she was tired! Their returns policy is absolutely incredible and they'll order in suits for you if needed, considering we need 7, this gives us great peace of mind! Thank you so much !!

   Be very careful what you're buying, I choose a shirt and the guy advised a brighter colour, which was nice. The problem is that it had some childish pattern which could not be seen from how was packed, when seen it at home, I realised that model was actually the one he had most in store (no one would buy it). As I lost weight and didn't know my size, he "measured" me, well he definitely advised shirts at least 2 size bigger than what I needed, so don't take any advice from them, best thing just don't stop there as they will take advantage and sell you stuff. Now I bought 2 shirts which I'll never use, my fault of trusting that guy. On the receipt is mentioned that they won't give a refund just because a mistake was made, so you won't even get a refund for it. Their returns policy says a lot about how trustable can be the place, basically you can't return anything.

   Do not shop here. Had to get a suit last minute. Due to a death I needed to return items which were unused and bought in last three days and they point blank refused. Their customer service is abhorrent. Due to last minute purchase I later found the same suit was 25% less elsewhere. Learn something new everyday.

   Went in to browse suits. I will admit I was looking for something I didn't think they would have in as it was rather unique but, as soon as I entered the store I was met with a glare. As I walked around the store the gentleman behind the counter retrieved a colleague from out back. Neither approached my directly bit rather stood staring at me. I tried asking a very broad about getting something to the design I was thinking but was met with a blunt no, and told to go away and look online. There was no questions as to what I was actually looking for to see if they had anything like it in stock, all they wanted was for me to leave as they clearly didn't want a customer. As I was leaving I could hear the audible sigh and some mutterd bad words thrown about me. Very much put me in the gutter about trying to find a suit for my wedding, will be looking exclusively elsewhere.

   Staff very nice when buying clothes. Please try everything on the spot. In my case, what I wanted to buy was perfect, unfortunately the shirts for my sons were not suitable. When replacing with others, the employees were not so nice. They showed great discouragement and did not heed our suggestions. Summary Try on everything you can wear in this store

   Disappointed with this store. Purchased a suit or work from them, which turned out to have small holes in the seam of the trousers. Never wore the suit, wound up having to buy a second suit from a different location last minute. Tried to return the suit to the store as it was unworn and damaged, and was refused a refund, despite me meeting the return criteria on their website, which I was told was not actually the stores return policy. They did replace the trousers, however their lack of a realistic return policy uis something potential buyers should be aware of.

   My experience was terrible. Great store attendanies but terrible confrontation from store manager. I was simply browsing, hopeful to buy something before I over heard sarcasm and disrespect from the store manager. "I'll be in tomorrow, I'll be in tomorrow" is what I heard him muttering in the background. Not to mention the disregard for the addendance appreciateation and questionabilty of what I wanted.. if I'm looking for a suit to spend my money on, this is NOT the place to spend it.

   I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. ( actually already recommended to a friend ). My son was made to feel very special shopping for his prom suit. Which he was dreading !!! He is not one for shopping. He had undivided attention while trying on a suit. He enjoyed it so much. He said “ I feel like i could be king of the prom in this suit”. He put the suit back on at home and didn’t want to take it off. So thank you suits plus. We will be back again most definitely.
