We went in to buy a birthday gift and immediately got funny looks by the staff members, pretty woman vibes! We then went to look upstairs when the lady asked the boys to go upstairs, making us feel like shoplifters! While upstairs they made no attempt to ask us if we needed help or what we were looking for instead they were just staring while we were browsing, we are never going to go back there and if we need to go we’ll go to the one in Bristol. Absolutely shocking.
went in to buy a Vivienne Westwood watch clearly listed at £130 - I was made to wait 30 minutes while the workers try and find it in the back room, eventually returning and then being told at checkout the item was £230 - false advertisement, dropped all the other items I was planning to purchase and left, not even an slight discount for the horrible mistake and wasting of my time.
Me and My friend went here to look for some Xmas presents and as soon as we got in we were not greeted or asked if we needed any help. Instead, we were followed all around the shop by a young lad as if we were shoplifters. After being made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, we decided to leave. Upon leaving we were given a very sarcastic “thanks”. Do not recommend. Go to the one in Bristol instead were you will get 10/10 customer service.
Really friendly staff and great clothes
Horrible returns policy. Ordered a pair of 34 x 32 jeans online however the system put it through as 34 x 34. I was told I have to pay to have them sent back recorded delivery (a small fortune on top of the £6 delivery I’d already paid) even though it was their error. I took the jeans to nudie jeans direct and they took them up to my size free of charge, much better customer service. It honestly was John Anthony’s mistake but they refused to help at all and basically called me a liar. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

I shop regularly at the store, all the staff are always very helpful and the clothes are top quality, great customer experience thanks to all 10/10!
I'm like a lost puppy when it comes to clothing stores, luckily for me the guy here was super friendly and patient, he was able to locate what I wanted very quickly despite my vague requirements. I'm ashamed I didn't get his name and also lost the receipt probably with his name on it. Black dude, if you're reading this, you're a legend, thank you.
