   1let property agents have been very efficient supporting me to rent my flat as a new comer to the market. From the start to finding and securing tenants they have communicated in a friendly and efficient way and I have been very pleased by how promptly and well any service has been performed. All the communication has been very smooth, friendly and efficient. Overall I am very happy with the service they offer. I have moved from a partial to full management service based on how pleased I have felt with the service they offer.

   Completely game-changing experience with 1LET. After hearing so many horror stories about letting agents and the general renting process, this has been a total breath of fresh air. Communication has not only been efficient and concise, but felt extremely professional throughout. Not overwhelming either, as interfaces have been user-friendly and clear at each stage in the process. special mention to Zefron who has been both helpful and personable throughout this process. An absolute credit to the 1LET experience, and helped the journey of renting become exciting and fun, rather than painstakingly consuming. Additionally, if there are any LGTBQ+ couples looking to rent, then you are in good hands with 1LET. it may seem small, but being asked preferred names made the biggest difference to the comfort my partner and I felt in such a legal-oriented and official process. It’s nice to see that compassion and humanness is maintained in something as official such as the property industry. Thank you again 1LET for helping us get our dream place!    We have been tennants with 1Let for over a year now after having a poor experience with one of the larger agencies. Our property manager, Kim, from the initial correspondence and viewing to dealing with the day-to-day has been attentive, responsive and supportive. Maintenance is handled quickly and often on the same day of the report. Any requests are always accepted and put to the landlord without hesitation. Kim has been a dream to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to rent with 1Let again!

   We had a great experience renting with 1Let, right from viewing the property with Ken and all throughout our tenancy. Kim was fantastic as our property manager, whenever there was routine maintenance this was all well communicated ahead of time, and any and all queries were replied to very quickly. Luckily we didn't have any emergency issues during our tenancy but I trust these would've been well handled if they had cropped up. Kim was also great at helping us through our notice period once our landlord decided to sell and made moving out as stress-free as possible. We always felt very well looked after and would happily recommend 1Let in future.
