Great shop with knowledgeable staff who are not too in your face. I like it when staff are helpful when you have a question, but leave you to it when deciding to buy a product or not. I bought a really nice green hiking coat for my wife. Quality of the products seem really good.
My son wanted some items which were out of stock on line but having phoned the Bath store to check availability Adam could not have been more accommodating. Both items were packaged, posted and received within 24 hours! Fabulous service and delighted with the products and purchases.
Have been interested in the company for a while but Bath was the first physical store I’d been in. I was looking for a waterproof coat but wasn’t having any luck around the city. So went back here and not only found the coat which I’ve missed since forever… but got the best service I’ve ever experienced. Me and my partner both felt so comfortable and sort of at home. I’m not sure of the mans name who served us but he gave us a lesson in waterproofing which has actually helped so much since we live in Wales and have been both wearing low quality waterproofing. He took the time to listen to our needs and lifestyle and found the perfect jacket that wasn’t even in the store. Every store needs this service. We will definitely be coming back to the store rather than order online.
I love this store, it is always so welcoming and friendly. Adam and Emily are particularly helpful when it comes to needing help or general advice, always keeping the brand values at the forefront. The brand and quality of the clothes are incredible and I love all my pieces! My favourite being my Stormbird jacket where function meets style!! The seal brown colour is stunning. The colours across the collections are always 10/10. LOVE that the stock changes with the seasons, it always excites me to see what’s new as it’s often a winner.

Ethically aligned clothing range with respect to the sea and recycling. Some nice, fashionable items here. Hope the Merino wool is ethically sourced.
Really friendly staff, but poor quality merchandise. My finisterre jumper started coming apart within weeks of purchase, and the replacement is coming apart even quicker. The staff are good about replacing them, but I expect my clothes to last more than one wear.
