    I had a great experience at The North Face store in Bath! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I found exactly what I needed. They were knowledgeable about the products and gave excellent advice without being pushy. A truly five-star service in a well-stocked and welcoming store. Highly recommend!

    Went in last Saturday looking for a shell jacket. Plenty of colour options, not a single one Ona size above LG, what’s going on literally everything was in child size. North face is supposed to be about quality outdoor gear not fashion for kids. Very disappointing

    I went in to buy a parka and wasn't sure which to get. Andy was extremely helpful and took the time to help me find the best one. He had an in-depth understanding of the products and was incredibly patient while I spent too long trying to decide. He went above and beyond to find me every possible option in the store that I might like. Very professional and friendly. Great service!!

    I recently visited the North Face shop in Bath, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. Given that they are selling coats priced between £250 and £500, I expected a much higher level of service. Unfortunately, I received no welcome when I entered the store, and the staff did not offer any assistance or share any product knowledge during my visit. When you're charging premium prices, it's essential that the shopping experience matches the cost. Customers should feel valued and supported, especially when considering such a significant investment in outerwear. Sadly, the staff at this location seemed indifferent and unengaged, which really detracts from the overall shopping experience. For a brand that prides itself on quality, the service at the Bath location is well below what one would expect. If they want to justify their high price tags, they need to step up their game in terms of customer service. As it stands, I can't recommend this store and would suggest looking elsewhere if you're in the market for a high-end coat.

    Sale items priced wrong. Went back to question why I was overcharged by £10 and was unapologetically offered a refund if I didn’t want to pay the extra amount.
