It's like walking into an Art Gallery curated by people with great taste in clothes for the outdoors. The staff there clearly care so much about what they sell, it made me care more about what they were selling, than about my needs for a new winter jacket. I travel often for work and I wish more UK high streets had places like Arrowild.
Absolutely great service and kit. I dropped in here when walking through Frome, and was greeted by the helpful staff. Really cool store. I’ll be back.

I’ve now ordered three times from Arrowild online. They have a carefully considered range of high end ‘outdoor’ and lifestyle brands which are all chosen for their quality and style alike. The website has recently been updated, it’s easy to use. I’ve had cause to deal with team by phone a few times. Their attention to customer service is excellent. They appear to be a small team with a genuine drive to deliver exceptional customer service with nothing less bring acceptable. I’d recommend them to anyone. My only criticism would be that i’d like them to carry a larger range of the brands they’re offering but I guess thats because I’d now rather shop with them than elsewhere. Thank you!
