The kids enjoyed the soft play as all kids do however the hygiene of the place wasn't awful. The girls toilet had to be closed and the boys wasn't great. The disabled toilet had dead flys in the sink. The chips were undercooked, greasy mush. The young girls were trying their best and very nice. I will not be back.

Wasn't opened at 10am as advertised. Facility is run down and not much of an adventure for any child. Β£8.50 to get in. Based on what's available it is ridiculously over priced. Soft play at M&Ds only Β£4.50 and has better equipment and areas for kids to have fun.

Rather than a negative like others this is a positive review this place was really good staff was very friendly and attentive place was clean and the food and drinks where reasonably priced. Softplay was great just a little dark but other than that the kids had a great time. Will definitely be back.

Was there today with my partner and kids very overpriced and dated staff were an absolute disgrace as a young female staff member was so disrespectful making a comment about my partners child who has autism so the staff are not trained in my opinion too deal with kids with additional needs and therefore in the wrong employment not a good experience for anyone would not recommend this place too anyone could do with a good clean also seating area very basic and uncomfortable shambles of a place staff need trained property the young girls comment was that screaming from my parents child was going too give her a migraine on arrival too the place staff were informed that the child has autism my partner was disgusted by this comment and said that child screaming going too give you a migraine is my son so we left asap and staff offered vip tickets etc for next time which we ignored with disgust and left with the children very bad experience young girl should be ashamed of her comment!

This place is convenient. Eagerly anticipated the opening to discover nothing had changed within. Fusty and musty smelling. Ball poo ridiculously under stocked so children hit the ground when jumping in and not disappear into the balls. Which is dangerous in itself. The dust and dirt in the windows ridiculous. Duct tape holding things together. Large slide rarely opened which is one of its only big selling points. You get food with ticket but if you donβt ask about this staff donβt tell you. In fact staff want to talk to you as little as possible. Sour faces or all disappearing into the reception area. Donβt get me wrong you get a smile when you walk in but apart from that time they look right through you. If it wasnβt just down the road Iβd not bring my grandson.

I agree with the poster who commented about the big slide. It's also the main attraction for my kids. I spent almost Β£40 for 4 kids for a 2 hour session and the big slide was open for only 15 minutes of those 2 hours despite the kids constantly asking when will the big slide open. I did complain about this and the girl ignored me. The staff seemed so stressed by the constant complaints that they started turning on each other. 2 staff members were also arguing with each other while we were checking in. Excellent 1st impression. Staff said they didn't have enough staff to man the big slide. Fair enough but don't charge full price if the full experience isn't available. We won't be back. For the price Adventure Planet is far better value for money.
