The Glenburn Centre does wonderful work in our community. The cafe they have running from 3:30 serves delivious home made food at affordable prices. Try the Mac n cheese it's super yummy. Today I opted for baked potato with chicken tikka. Lovely, tasty meal and as cheap as chips.

If you value anyone with a disability don't bring them here! My Brothers support and myself have been bringing my Brother here for the best part of a year, the staff for the most part were very friendly and welcoming. However, the lady at the canteen needs a crash course in manners, etiquette and how to speak to people. I wont go into details but her attitude is horrendous, the way she has spoken to my Brother these past couple of weeks has been nothing short of disgusting. Her behaviour has been so bad that both my brothers Support Worker and Team Leader have recommended that we stop using the centre. I should mention that these instances have been totally unprovoked attacks and were done so in complete view of the manager who seems to be fine with a service user getting spoken to like that by one of their staff. I am a very tolerant and understanding person and there have been numerous times over the past months were I have given this individual the benefit of the doubt and turned a blind eye to her attitude and outright rudeness but all I have done is allowed the abuse to grow. Internally I will be reporting this individual to as high a body as I possibly can, social work have already been informed. Furthermore, outwith this incident my main criticism of them is that the centre itself blatantly discriminate against disabled people as whenever the children are off school, the kids get priority over the centre, its facilities and even the meals in the canteen so their effectively teaching our youth that they are better than those with disabilities which is both morally wrong and against the law.

Hired for Granddaughters Birthday party. Good sized hall, toilets etc are spotless, would hire again. However after clearing and bagging all our rubbish away, we weren't aware that we were supposed to wash the tables and clean the floor. Never been asked to do this anywhere else.

Came here as a volunteer and the staff made me feel welcome and are so friendly. They also go out of their way to look after ever..yone, can't be faulted. Been here for a few months, wonderful staff who work so hard to look after their customers and make everything run smoothly. Now it's school break and they are looking after around 60 kids a day including a hot lunch. Can't praise them highly enough, in these times badly needed and would be sorely missed if not here. Staff do so much for their service users, can't praise them highly enough, always a treat to visit
