I found Lachlan extremely helpful and very polite when I needed help choosing some walking socks. He is an excellent salesperson with patience and sound knowledge of the products he is selling.
I have visited Bath store, because an issue with my oder. And , I was overwhelmed how helpful guy was, I think he was a manager. He contacted customer service for me, and sorted out a refund and helped to repurchase items I wanted. Very helpful and amazing customer service.
We called here whilst in Bath on holiday. Myself and my wife bought a waterproof jacket each, later that day the heavens opened and it was raining, we put on our weatherproof jackets to find they was not waterproof at all. We took them back the day after and had to argue with the manager of the shop for about 10 minutes telling them that the jackets. Was not waterproof Evan thought it said on the label WATERPROOF!!!! They came out with different meanings of WATERPROOF they was making it up as she went along. If you want a waterproof jacket do not buy from here
How not to manage a mistake! Bought a pair of ski trousers which were incorrectly priced - each trouser on the rail were priced the same. Sales manager was rude and told a customer who was waiting in the long queue whilst she argued with us that “they can just go and shop somewhere else!”
Its good store and luckily I got a price match for a shoe and get it less than their discounted price
Millie has a lovely sense of humor and very professional well done
Not the best for customer service, I was looking for some shoes and the male sales assistant suggested I went online and then continued to put out items, blatantly ignoring the fact I needed some help finding some boots. Another sales assistant helped me and was better but overall not the best experience.
