Bought a hoodie fron cribbs causeway yesterday was to big tried to return it to this store customer service very poor very pedantic wouldnt accept return will not shop here again ever
Very POOR NEW POLICY. Unfortunately bought a top from JW that looked great till the point I put it on. So short and wide.....Out of proportions....it's shame they wasted so much fabric for nothing! Tried to return it as I bought myself another very nice top from John Lewis. The girl refused to refund me and she gave me a gift card instead. Jack Direct you are going downwards if you think you can force customers back In your stores that way. Regret shopping with them.
A very small store with not a great variety of clothes to pick from! When I walked in, I got no customer service whatsoever. I didn't feel like I was acknowledged as a customer at all..
