   It's a constant marsh. Puddles galore. Play park good for kiddies 2 new benches for walkers to sit rest and have a chat. But didn't take long for one to be defaced.

   Great place. Two grandsons 1 age 7 and 1 age 11. Both enjoyed the experience especially Basketball for older boy. Very clean. Told friend about it for her grandson age 2 loves it and now a regular haunt for him too.
