    Won’t Be Returning Disappointing experience. Four staff stood chatting at the front, no one at the till, and no acknowledgement as I waited. A staff member walked past without saying a word. As I left (with family waiting outside), someone called out behind me—followed by a rude, passive-aggressive comment. Basic communication and professionalism were seriously lacking. Customer service is about more than just operating a till and making the shop look fancy. It requires awareness, communication, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this visit demonstrated none of those. I’ll be shopping online moving forward, where at least I know what to expect from the experience.

    I had a pleasant experience with sabreena while buying perfumes. She was helpful and patient. She understood my requirements and helped me select accordingly. She was soft spoken and helped me understand how to find my way back home as I was new to the city. She is definitely an asset for the store !!

    The management are extremely unprofessional and rude smirking at customers walking past. The store is unhygienic with people bringing in food and drink and touching the clothes with dirty, sticky fingers, which the staff ignore and don't care about the stains. The store reeks of cigarettes. They sell damaged clothes and refuse to refund them.
