Lovely place. Love the music and plenty of room/ toys for the kids to play with. Could do with a lick of paint but it’s always very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great prices and In a great spot as it’s 2 mins from the train station.

Really disappointed with the service from staff today , I've been coming to bubbles for years with my daughter and she loves it however customer service from staff member at the till point was very bad . I had spent over £25 on entry and food my daughter wanted ice cream which I purchased no problem in my card for £1 as I had no cash on me . On leaving to go home my daughter wanted me to buy a fruit yoyo for her and her friend costing £1.60 , I went to pay with my card to be told by a female member of your staff and quite rudely that she cannot accept payment under £5 by card as they make no profit , I explained that I had literally just purchased an ice cream on my card for £1 , I felt she was very dismissive and another mum witnessed this . I have been a customer service manager for over 20 years I'm appalled with the service I received today and will definitely not be back . Staff trainng needs to be a priority

We’ve been coming to bubbles for years even had a birthday party there for my eldest. We’ve always liked the flexibility of not having time slots and the play and eat deals. Made the mistake today of going on a bank holiday Monday. Place felt way over capacity and lots of children who seemed too old to be there. My girls are 5 and 19 months. Didn’t feel safe for the youngest as the baby room was closed due to a party - which we didn’t realise till we got in. The smaller softplay section which used to be for toddlers seems to now just be for all. Children where charging about and pelting each other with balls. Some young girl was trapped inside a tunnel by older kids and attacked. Wouldn’t recommend anymore for younger children unless within school term time :( Seemed to be absolutely no control by the staff. Kelvinhall probably better for weekends and school holidays as have a limited capacity and staff keeping an eye. Not to suggest it’s the staffs responsibility to monitor behaviour - parents should also play a part but can see it would have been difficult today given how busy it was

Lovely place. Nice staff and pretty good food. Only 4 stars because both times I've been in there were much older children in the 0-5 only area being really rambunctious. I had to stop one boy from falling onto my 1 year old today and another hit her in the head with a ball after I repeatedly asked him to be careful around her. Parents need to watch their children and the staff need to control that area a bit more so that all ages can enjoy it.

Perfect Venue for children birthdays. Perfect for any size of party, or even a play date for kids. Very clean. Staff are very nice and professional. Great choices of food and drinks for both adults and children. Best Softplay centre and party venue.

This was a lovely wee soft play right in the heart of partick. The kids had a great time and I loved the traybakes! Staff were lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended.

I hate that I have to evaluate it with 1 star, but I think the owner of this place should know about manager who works there and how she does her job. We celebrated b-day party, few days before I called and asked if we can bring fruits, the woman I was talking to said "no" at first, but I asked if we can buy fruits inside, she said no, so I said that we usually have fruits on our parties, so she said "okay". When we came we were told that we could not eat our fruits, I tried to speak to the manager, but she did not listen at all, she was interrupting all the time so I could not explain the whole situation, until I used "F'' word. She can't imagine someone allowed us to have fruits, so I asked to call the employee who was at shift the day I called, eventually she did that and confirmed that we were told we could bring fruits to the party, but still she can't allow us to eat them. It was weird, but the thing which struck me most was that she refused to tell me her name when I asked. It was very unpleasant experience, I think she is the right person to work in such place. It happened on Sunday 15th of January. White woman with black hair. Overall party was great, the place is nice.

Food for kids should be healthy too many soft plays sell horrible sweets and slushies, they could do better on that aspect

Nice and clean. It's very small so better for younger kids. Pricey compared to other soft plays and you only get 1.5 hours most are 2. Nice staff.

Nice softplay - seems clean and organised. It's not too big so you can see your kids at all times. Staff are friendly and attentive - one girl spent time with my daughter going everywhere with her and playing and chatting. Food is standard for these types of places, perhaps a bit overpriced though. The one issue I have is that you have to pay for children under 1 year (our boy is 6mo), but when there's a party and the baby area is occupied you still have to pay. So the baby cant go anywhere and play, but still is charged. It's only £1, but it's the little things like this which make a difference in determining if we'll be back or not. Also, it's cash only so be prepared.
