Christmas food to order queues. Food wasn’t ready to collect at specified time slot. Would have been quicker to shop the items in the food hall so defeated the object, waste of time , won’t bother next year , disorganised chaos
Great food hall and I try and do my weekly shopping here. However the service I received from staff member Emine in the clothes section seriously let the store down. She could see I was having problems returning an item as hard to get Internet access in the store and she knew I was trying to access the returns portal. However she just stood there and watched me struggle and didn't offer any advice at all. I was struggling for some time when fortunately another staff member saw me. They then stepped in and helped me as she could see my growing but controlled frustration. The second member of staff explained that I didn't need Internet access at all and showed me where the returns area was and accompanied me there. They also helped me return the item when I was having issues scanning the barcode. I am very grateful for the second staff member's help without which I could have been there a very long time. Poor show Emine you really let the store down! Big thanks to the second staff member for all their help.

Friendly helpful staff, easy parking. Great for browsing and buying. I hate shopping but this store makes it so easy and not stressful.
Lovely food. Quality clothes. Missed 1 star as I went in to have brekky and changed the menu to much missing my favourite breakfast part and no fresh orange just sparkling. So, I went elsewhere for breakfast
Went for something specific but unfortunately they didn't have. Not sure if put of stock or if no longer stock. Had all the fruit and veg I also wanted so still a good trip.
I would like to thank the young lady in the bakery today . I went in this morning and was told that the bread would be cooked later. I went back in this afternoon and was told it needs to cool . I walked back in later and she saw me going towards her and she gave me a loaf unsliced as I had asked.
Really disappointed with my visit to Marks & Spencer’s Longwell Green the other day. The actual store itself wasn’t too bad but the cafe really really let the store down. I would probably rate the store a 4* overall but the cafe only a 1* so that is why I have chosen a 2* rating. We chose to have coffee and cake in the cafe and we had a really long wait for the coffees. It seemed like the staff had no clue what they were doing and how to make a coffee. It was quicker to get an iced coffee than it was a hot coffee. We had a kids meal deal and the pizza that comes with it had been microwaved to heat it up so it was incredibly soggy. The tables weren’t the cleanest and it was overall just a very disappointing visit. Like I said the actual store was nice and it was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and the food hall was also good.
