Was ok but poor signage to tell you about carpark charges we ended up with a parking fine will never return as staff were not interested
Great play centre. A new slidy volcano wall has been fitted recently and adds another good feature. Staff keep the centre very clean all the time and the catering choice is quite good — not over-priced like cinemas and other centres.
**Great Playground – Highly Recommended!** I’ve had a wonderful experience at this playground with my children. It’s clean, safe, and very well-maintained. The play structures are modern and varied, perfect for kids of different ages. What I especially appreciate is the friendly atmosphere and how easy it is to keep an eye on the kids while they play. My children always have a great time, and we’ve even made some new friends here. I highly recommend this playground to other parents looking for a fun and welcoming place for their little ones.
Place is brilliant. I'm sorry but can't believe some of these ridiculous reviews. The baby area is one of the best I've seen for babys. The main play area is brilliant! Place is spotless. I actually went out of my way to compliment the staff as we had jist walked out a place that was £1 less, tiny and discusting so paying the £8.95 wasn't disappointing for what you get. The place is massive with multiple different areas to keep the kids engaged and entertained. There are huge signs everywhere about the parking so if you don't see them and book in then sorry it's your own fault. We came first time and couldn't miss it. Will definitely be back and will be bringing my nieces. One of the best soft plays I've been to and can't believe the rating on Google due to people's daft reviews
Good prices for food and drink and general facilities great for older children. Unfortunately the price on a Saturday for a child under two, £8.95 is daylight robbery as there is very little for them to do. I really do think this is way over the top for one small area with a couple of soft cushions and 4 wall fidgets and a small sensory area. I think the attached photo proves my point.
Was at rainforrest today. Very over priced and staff are very rude, felt like it was a inconvenience to ask for drinks and food and basically got it flung at me. Don't think ill be back
Beware if going during strike days as they are classing this as peak time and no meal deals. I queried it and was told that they have to double their staff!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent play area for kids where they can fully enjoy a two hour session. Food was very costly and just ok but coffee was the worst I ever had.
Waited way too long for food I spent over 1hr for a 1x kids chicken nugget meal, more time waiting for food then playing in the play area. Went up 3x asked for an update on food all I got was “It’s only be ready in a few mins” On top of this it was hard to identify who is staff as no one wears anything to identify them as staff maybe Bright yellow t-shirts will be an idea ? Just a recommendation. Hopefully next time I go it be improved I like to give 2nd thoughts on places but unfortunately my first time here was not the best.
I used to regularly come here and it was a great softplay/cafe but it seems as though there hasn't been any time or money invested into the place over the last 10 years. The few toys in the baby section are broken, the inside of the building is uncomfortably cold, the toilets/changing facilities are revolting and there seems to be less available food/drink in the cafe. The only positive I could give this place based on recent visits is that the staff are pleasant.
