Awful experience with the owner today, really bizarre. I won’t return - which is a real shame, this shop used to be great.

I've been shopping online at blues for the past 8 years - always an easy transaction and incredible service. I was visiting Bristol for the first time last week and had my first in store experience. What a beautiful store! Thank you for the amazing customer service.
Owed over £100 for goods I have returned. blues store has confirmed they have received the goods but after 2 months and many ignored emails, I’m still £100 down - scammers
I've been waiting for three months for a refund since the store confirmed my return. I followed up about my refund a month after returning my items and they initially explained they'd been going through a difficult period moving in to a new location. I waited another few weeks to chase again, and they've now stopped replying to my emails. The contact number on google does not work either. I can see that someone else has had this same experience judging from the reviews on here. I'd considered that Blues might have gone out of business, however I can still see they are operating - The delay in refund is perhaps understandable, but to flat out be ignoring emails is beyond a joke. I've now had to get my bank involved to try and get close to £200 back which i'm owed.
Unreal shopping experience, amazing staff who are SO nice, helpful & knowledgeable & honestly the most sick collections, loads of which you wont find anywhere else. Obsessed.
Brilliant shop with helpful and friendly staff. Perfect for large purchases and small gifts. Such a great new location too.
This is one of the best shops I’ve visited in the world. The lovely people that run the shop are what make it a magical experience and visit. They sell very very special things that probably transcend what they appear to be on surface and material level. It is a place to go to incorporate into your modern rituals. Enjoy.
Great store! been shopping both in store and online, received orders super quick when got online and the selection of brands and items they have is amazing! lovely + friendly customer service / team. One of my favourite independent shops to buy from :)
Outstanding experience with Blues, having spoke on the phone with Christian he promptly sent me measurements for the item I was after. Having expected shipping to take 2-3 days, he actually sent the item 24hour free of charge. Will definitely be back for more pieces!
